Paneer Butter Masala | Paneer Makhani, one of the North Indian curry which is cooked with rich creamy masala. This can be best served with naan, paratha, and tandoori roti. This is an easy and quick recipe which can be prepared within 20 minutes.
In order to prepare this Paneer Butter Masala either you can use Home Made Paneer or store bought frozen paneer. If using frozen paneer defrost it before using or put it in boiling water for 2 mins, remove excess water and then use it. If you want restaurant style red color gravy, you can make use of red food color too. I personally don’t prefer any food color, so I did not use any. In restaurants, they use fresh cream to get the rich creamy gravy. So in this recipe, I used milk and cream to get the richness of gravy. Now let us see how to prepare this gravy.
