Mango Yogurt Popsicle is healthier and refreshing frozen dessert, which can be relished at any time. As summer is starting and mangoes are available in plenty I wanted to make this frozen dessert. It is so easy that you can make it with just 3 ingredients – ripe mangoes, sugar, and yogurt. If you don’t want sugar in your dessert, then you can skip the sugar and add a banana for natural sugar.

Instead of mangoes, you can make use of any other fruits of your choice. Again we can make use either Greek yogurt or hung curd or labneh or even coconut milk. Even you can add 2-3 different variety fruits and make it more colorful. Again creation is endless. If you don’t have any popsicle mold, no worries, just pour it in use and throw paper cups, freeze it and enjoy. Now let us see how to make this lip-smacking popsicle.
- Peel the skin, slice the mangoes and blend it smooth using a mixer. Add half cup yogurt and 2 tbsp of powdered sugar. Mix it thoroughly without any lumps and set aside.
