Chicken Gravy without Coconut paste and with simple spices gives a great taste to this dish. I have already posted Chicken Gravy with coconut. This gravy pairs well with Idly, Dosa, Rice, Roti, Poori, Parata and can also be had as an accompaniment with Chicken Biriyani or any Pulao.
This recipe is very simple to prepare in 30 mins and tastes awesome. I have used homemade Coriander Powder in this recipe. This homemade coriander powder has many other spices incorporated in it. If you use plain coriander powder, you may miss some flavors. If possible make a small amount of coriander powder described earlier in my blog and use in this recipe. Whenever I say ginger garlic paste, I use an equal amount of ginger and garlic to make a paste. You can also check here, how to make Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste and store it for a long period of time. When you have limited time and want to make a good chicken gravy, then this recipe is for you. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.
