Veg Hakka Noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese dish which is loved by all. We can make delicious restaurant style noodles at home very easily. It just takes only 10-15 mins to make the entire dish. This is made up of boiled noodles along with stir-fried vegetables and Chinese sauces.
Non-vegetarians can include fried chicken or egg along with this. Again each and everyone has their own version of noodles preparation. You can either include or remove any ingredients according to your needs and taste. In Veg Hakka Noodles we add basic vegetables like beans, cabbage, carrot, and capsicum. You can even add mushroom or any other veggies of your choice. Also, all basic Chinese recipes call far soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chili sauce and vinegar. You can either add all or add anyone according to the taste preferred.

My hubby doesn’t like the vinegar taste and my daughter doesn’t like green chili sauce. So I did not use both of them in this recipe. If you like this flavor, please don’t hesitate to include any of these. This goes well with any Manchurian side dish(veg and non-veg). Recently started posting Indo-Chinese recipes and haven’t posted any side dish yet. Soon will be posting one by one. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.
