Strawberry and Blueberry Juice are very simple to prepare and this juice is very refreshing. As summer started wanted to have more and more liquids to keep hydrated. Mix and match of fruit drinks will keep you healthy and hale during the summer.
Either you can use fresh fruits or frozen fruits to make juice. Combine as many berries as possible or the combo you like. Berries are loaded with antioxidants and helps to improve blood sugar. They are also rich in fiber and have so many vitamins and minerals in it which helps reduce the cholesterol level. So berries keep your body rejuvenate in summer. Now let us see how to prepare this juice.
- 5 Strawberry
- 100 gms Blueberry
- 7-8 Mint Leaves/Pudina
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 Lemon juice
- 10 Ice cubes
- 2 cups Water
- Add strawberry, blueberry, and lemon juice in the blender.
- Also add mint leaves, honey, to it.
- Now add ice cubes, water and blend it thoroughly. Strawberry Blueberry juice is ready. Serve chilled.
- Add any berries of your choice.
- Add the only specified amount of mint leaves or else it will give a bitter taste.
- Instead of honey, you can also use palm sugar, palm jaggery, raw sugar of your choice.
Delicious Strawberry and Blueberry Juice are ready to relish.
