Chicken Kathi roll is a famous Mumbai Street food. Any wrap containing a filling which is enfolded in an Indian bread is generally known as Kathi roll. Indian bread is generally made up of all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour or combination of both.
Here, instead of making Indian flatbread I used readymade Mexican tortilla wrap. Also made filling with stir-fried chicken and hence named this as Fusion Chicken Kathi Wrap. You can replace chicken filling with paneer, mushroom, tofu, potato, egg or any vegetables of your choice. You can make homemade Roti and use it as a wrap. Instead of making regular size roti, make little thicker and bigger roti. So that it can hold the filling in it. This wrap is very filling and its loved by all. Now let us see how to make this recipe.

- 6 Mexican Tortilla Wrap

- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil

- Now add required salt, adjust water, close the lid and cook until chicken is cooked well. Then add garam masala powder and saute for another min.
- Add lemon juice, coriander leaves, mix well and set aside. Heat a tawa and heat tortilla wrap on both sides for a min.
- Pour a portion of beaten eggs on top and spread it, then flip it and let it cook. Once done remove it from the tawa.
- Place the wrap on a piece of butter paper, where egg side is facing up. Now place a portion of chicken prepared on the tortilla and top it with some onion, lemon juice, coriander leaves and roll it tightly as shown. Serve hot immediately.
- I have used readymade Mexican tortilla wrap. You can use homemade whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour roti to wrap.
- You can increase or decrease the spices according to your taste.
- While wrapping chicken you can even sprinkle little chaat masala if required.
- Instead of adding onion, lemon juice separately, mix the onion, lemon juice, salt in a bowl and then place it on the wrap. It gives nice tangy taste to the onion.
