Another simple idea to show what can be prepared for the weekend non-veg platter. I wanted to share different platter which is not repeated. This is just an idea to show what can be done. You can increase or decrease dishes according to your taste and needs.
Today’s non-veg lunch menu includes Steamed Rice, Chicken Gravy Salem Style, Kuzhambu Chicken Fry, Tandoori Chicken Tawa Fry, Steamed rice and plain rasam. You can also include any Chicken or Mutton Biryani along with this to increase the quantity of the lunch platter.
