Watermelon Rasam is one of the simple and delicious rasam ever I have made. I watched this rasam in sutralam suvaikkalam program in a TV made by Mount Batten Mani Iyer. So I wanted to try and added my version in it which really turned out to be so delicious.
You can have it as an accompaniment to rice or you can have this as a soup. In both ways, this tastes so delicious. To get the best taste add fresh homemade rasam powder. The homemade rasam powder gives such an aroma and divine taste to this rasam. This rasam is made in typical SouthIndian Style. For the final touch do temper it with ghee instead of oil. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.
