Black Beans Sundal is very healthy and easy to prepare. This sundal is usually prepared on the occasion of Navratri Festival or even you can have this as an evening snack. As Navratri is nearing I am posting this delicious Black Bean Sundal.
It is also the best accompaniment which goes well with variety rice like Tamarind Rice, Coconut Rice, Tomato Rice, Lemon Rice, Curd Rice, Mango Rice etc. For all sundal recipes, I generally use onions. If preparing for festivals or Navratri skip the onion and follow the rest of the steps as specified. My daughter and hubby love this Sundal a lot. So I make this very often. To prepare this sundal you need to soak black beans at least for 8 hours or overnight. Using the same method we can prepare Bengal gram Sundal, Rajma sundal, chickpea sundal etc. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.
