- 1 Amla/Nellikkai medium size deseeded
- 1/2 cup Yoghurt/Curd
- 1 cup Water
- 1 strand Curry Leaves/Karuveppilai
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 4-5 Ice cubes
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- Except roasted cumin powder add everything into a blender and blend it smoothly. Transfer the prepared amla buttermilk to glass, sprinkle roasted cumin powder and enjoy chilled.
- Instead of roasted cumin powder, you can even add roasted fennel powder or chaat masala powder.
Delicious and healthy spiced amla buttermilk is ready to relish.
