Delicious and easy Microwave Thirattipaal made with just 3 ingredients. If you are craving for a sweet and need to prepare it within a few mins, then this one is for you. This thirattipaal can be prepared in just 10 mins.
Tirattipaal is nothing but palkova or peda. Usually, we make it in smooth texture. But by adding curd we get this grainy texture and tastes awesome. The traditional method of making thirattipaal is made using milk and it takes hours to reach this consistency. I have already posted the traditional method of making thirattipaal. This is the easiest method which can be prepared within 10 mins using condensed milk. There is no compromise in the texture and the taste. Now let see how to prepare this recipe.
- In a microwave safe bowl add condensed milk, curd, ghee and mix all thoroughly without any lumps. Microwave it on high for 2 mins.
- After 2 mins it looks watery like in the first pic. Then again mix it and microwave on high for 4 more mins. Inbetween mix once. Now consistency would be like the 2nd pic.
- Again microwave it on high flame for 2 mins. Now it forms grainy like texture and starts to thicken. From here microwave it for 1 min at a time. At the 9th min, it turns thick in consistency. I stopped here as I like it in a golden brown color. If you want more brown in color microwave it for another 1 min. Serve it with any of the finely chopped nuts.
- My microwave is 1000 watts. You can increase or decrease the timing according to your microwave.
- You can even add a tsp of cardamom powder. I like natural flavor, so did not add any.
- Make sure to microwave it in the interval of 2 mins, and mix it in between or else it might get burnt.
Delicious Microwave Thirattipaal is ready to relish.
