With one mix you can make so many recipes like badam gheer, Kesar badam kulfi, badam halwa and much more. Along with homemade Badam mix, I have already posted badam gheer as well. Apart from this mix, I have already posted a mango kulfi recipe. Kulfi is always special when it comes to summer. This is similar to that of ice cream but more of milk, nuts, and cream. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.

- 1 cup Full Fat Milk
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 3 tbsp Homemade badam mix
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mixed Nuts pista and badam
- In a bowl add milk, cream and mix well and bring it to boil.
- Now add homemade badam mix, sugar, and mixed nuts. Stir well and once it starts to boil switch off the flame. Let it cool completely.
- Now pour the cooled milk in the ice cream mold or kulfi mold. Close the mold with an aluminum foil and let it freeze for an hour. After 1 hr insert sticks in each mold. Freeze it again for 4-5 hours or until the kulfi turns firm.
- Now dip the mold in the water for 5 seconds. Gently turn the sticks and remove the kulfi from the mold without breaking it. Serve immediately.
- Adding cream is necessary to get the creamy texture of the kulfi.
- You can increase or decrease the sugar according to your taste.
- Kesar is already included in the homemade badam mix. So I did not add any here.
