Paneer Peda one of the simple and delectable peda that can be whipped up in 10 mins. Paneer is almost used in preparing a variety of sweets and curries. But paneer prepared as sweet is definitely loved by all.
This paneer peda uses the minimum ingredients available in the pantry and tastes awesome. I have added fresh paneer (homemade paneer), you can even use the frozen one. Homemade paneer tastes best. If using frozen paneer, defrost the paneer, mash it thoroughly and then use it. Also, I have used palm sugar. You can use any sugar of your choice. Garnish peda with pistachios or any other nuts of your choice. Again the shape, size, and design of the peda depend on your imagination and interest. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.
