Poha/Aval mixture is one of the easiest snacks which can be prepared in a few mins. Keep all the ingredients ready. Deep fry one by one in the oil and mix it with the spices you like and serve.
This can be had as an evening snack or can be had as an accompaniment with sambar, rasam or curd rice. You can make this mixture simple or rich according to the ingredients you have. The one which I have shared here is the base recipe. You can even add sev, kara boondi along with this mixture.
I make this very often as my hubby likes this to have with rasam rice. In fact, he only taught me this recipe. This can be even prepared on the occasion of Krishna Jayanthi or Diwali. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.
