Sambar Sadam is a delicious one-pot meal that is made with a combination of rice, lentil, and vegetables. I have already posted Sambar Sadam using a pressure cooker. The same recipe I wanted to try it in this electric pressure cooker.
Cooking in a Mealthy multipot is a breeze. I just bought my Mealthy multipot 3 months ago and already I love cooking in it every time. Whatever the recipe may be, either it is veg or non-veg, each time it cooks perfectly and quickly. Saute the ingredients which should be sauteed, add rest of the ingredients, close the lid and set the preferred mode. Cooking would be done in the set time and it will go to the warm mode once the NPR(Natural Pressure Release) is done.
So each and every time we get the same result that too hassle-free. We usually soak rice and lentil while cooking in a regular pressure cooker. But in this electric pressure cooker Mealthy multipot we no need to soak it at all. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.
