Nutella Biscuit one of the simple and easy biscuits made with just 3 ingredients. Nutella is sticky enough to bind the batter and hence no need for the eggs. There is no baking soda or baking powder in this simple yummy recipe.
Nutella is my daughter’s favorite spread. So I thought why not try a dessert using the Nutella and ended up making this crispy Nutella Biscuit. Not required any fancy gadget, just mix the ingredients and make into the desired shape and bake it. You can even replace Nutella with peanut butter to make peanut butter cookies. Now let us see how to prepare this Nutella Biscuit.

- In a bowl add Nutella, yogurt and combine both well. Then add all-purpose flour and mix thoroughly.
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 10 mins.
- Place a parchment paper on a baking tray. Take a lemon size dough and make it into a ball and flatten it. Using fork press crisscross and make designs on the dough.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 20-25 mins or until it turns crispy.
- Once done remove and place it on a cooling rack. Let the biscuits cool completely before serving. You can store this in an airtight container for a fortnight.
- As my daughter likes Nutella I added Nutella. You can replace it with peanut butter or Lotus spread according to your taste.
- Make any designs of your choice.
