We love rose milk a lot. So this time I wanted to make ice cream with the rose flavor. As Ramadan has started, I could see rose syrup was available in plenty in the offer. So grabbed a bottle of syrup to try various recipes this summer.
This rose-flavored ice cream is a perfect summer treat. Just 3-ingredients and you get a creamy rose ice cream. The technique to get the fluffy and creamy ice cream is you need to whip the whipping cream for 3-4 mins until the peak is formed. Also, both the whipping cream and the bowl should be cold. So place both of them refrigerated for at least for few hours before using.

- This rose ice cream turns out to be super creamy in texture.
- This is my trial ice cream and felt it was too sweet. Hence, you can reduce the condensed milk to 3/4 tin instead of adding the whole tin.
