Grilled Paneer Sandwich is very simple and tasty, which can be prepared in just 10 mins. You can either use fresh paneer or frozen paneer to make this sandwich. Crumble the paneer before using it in this recipe. Do not grind it in the mixer. It will become like a paste and will not taste good.
I have used mild peri-peri sauce and hot sauce. It gives a nice punch to the taste. If your kids can’t handle the heat, replace it with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Both the ways, the sandwich tastes yum. Seriously the filling was very addictive. This is very simple to prepare and takes just a few mins to prepare this healthy breakfast.
This sandwich is certainly a big hit with kids. This sandwich can be had as a breakfast or as a snack with tea in the evening and well suit for kids tiffin box.
