Kesar Peda is one of the simple and delicious peda that can be made in just 10 mins. As today is Holi, wanted to start with a sweet. Peda is loved by all at my home. The traditional method uses khoya, sugar, saffron, and cardamom.
Here I have made instant Kesar peda using milk powder and condensed milk. Do not cook the milk powder for a very long time. It gathers within a min or two. If you cook for a long time, it turns out to be chewy consistency. If you want, you can garnish with any nuts of your choice too. Again the shape, size, and design of the peda depend on your imagination and interest. Now let us see how to prepare this recipe.
